Dato' Abu Hanifah Noordin
Dato' Abu Hanifah bin Noordin is the First Director of the Company and has been on the Board since 13 March 2008. He graduated from University Malaya with an honours degree in Economics in 1973 and subsequently qualified as a Chartered Accountant and Certified Public Accountant in 1976. He was a practicing accountant for more than 20 years and was the President and Managing Partner of Ernst & Whinney (now known as Ernst & Young) for 9 years.
He also served as the President of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants ("MIA") in 1987 and led the Institute for 13 years until 2000. In that capacity, he also served as a Board member of the International Accounting Standards Committee ("IASC").
He also served on the boards of several public limited companies and government-linked companies. Currently he is an Independent Non-Executive Director of Pacific & Orient Berhad and the Deputy Chairman of Mega First Corporation Berhad.
Dato' Abu Hanifah is the Chief Executive Officer and substantial shareholder of Dibena Enterprise Sdn Bhd which is the substantial shareholder of the Company.
Datin Vie Shantie Khan
Datin Vie Shantie is an experienced Quantity Surveyor who was vital to her previous company which had made many achievments such as the Prime Minister's Award during her career. Leveraging on her experience and contacts during her working years, Datin Vie Shantie quickly step in her entrepreneurial career.
Her articulation and vast experience in construction, property development and civil works, combined with her strong leadership will bring KEV to greater heights in near future.
Hadri Syafrien Haroon
Hadri Syafrien has been involved in many large shipments and a well known figure in logistic and distribution channel. His active participation in transportation industry in Malaysia is vital for KEV to assure the fastest delivery of products at the highest quality to KEV's clients.
Wan Mohd Hazrie Wan Mokhtar
A proactive and committed individual who is highly efficient and has excellent organisational skills. He has more than 10 years of experience in extensive highway development, property development and oil & gas which have made him to be well versed in many key areas of international commodity trade.
His strong believe in growing demand for energy in near future has led him to leverage on his network to expedite the growth of KEV.
Razziah Khan
Razziah Khan has equipped herself in field of psychology during her study years in Universiti Malaysia Sabah (UMS). Taking advantage of her study field, she quickly able to recognize human behavioral pattern and use her knowledge to ensure that all corporate communication are at the highest professionalism and profitable for all parties.
Combined her field knowledge and working experience dealing with many counterparts, she is now the Marketing Director at KEV Borneo Dagangan Sdn Bhd. The success of KEV is pinnacle with her input in the company.
