YB Datuk Seri Reezal Merican Naina Mericn was appointed as Chairman of the company effective 1 January 2014.YB Datuk Seri Reezal Merican, a graduate of Universiti Islam Antarabangsa Malaysia, has amassed a wealth of experience in the areas of banking and investment.

He began his career in various financial institutions such as Bank Industri Malaysia Berhad and Kuwait Ijarah House where he was responsible overseeing investment funds in Jeddah and Kuwait respectively.

On the political platform, YB Datuk Seri Reezal Merican has served as Political Secretary to YB Dato’ Seri Shahrizat Abd Jalil and previous Prime Minister YABhg Tun Abdullah Haji Ahmad Badawi before elected as Member of Parliment for Kepala Batas and appointed as Member of Public Account Committee in 2013.
